Lacey Corn Bread

Mix your Hot Puppie mix with water.

Put a thin layer of oil on a hot skillet.

Spoon mix on to hot pan.

Cook until bubbly and flip!!

Hot Georgia Peaches

Cut peach in half.

Take out pit and cook on grill inside down until braised.

Turn over and grill 4-5 minutes.

Pour Hab-A-Honey in pit holes and let sit for 2 min.

Chicken Teriyaki

Marinated chicken with teriyaki, fresh lime juice, minced garlic, tblsp of Tupelo infused with rosemary place in refrigerator for three hours.

Make above marinade to baste while grilling.

One minute before taking off the grill pour Tupelo/Rosemary over chicken.

Georgia Crab Cakes

 Fresh Georgia Blue Crab,

Zatarains Creole Seasoning, Chives, 1 egg, 1tbsp of Hot Tar Tartar Sauce rolled in Panko Bread Crumbs and topped with fresh lemon juice.

Hot Tar Devilish Eggs

 6 Hardboiled eggs

2 Tablespoons Hot Tar Sauce

1 Teaspoon yellow mustard

½ Teaspoon salt

 Paprika (optional)

 Cut shelled eggs in half and put yolks in separate bowl.

 Arrange the white halves on plate.

 Mash yolks with fork. Add Hot Tar Sauce, mustard, relish and salt. Mix Together.

 Fill the eggs halves with yolk mixture.

 Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika.

Brownie A La Mode      

Serve your favorite dessert topped with Rosemary Honey.

Grilled Sweet Potatoes

Cut sweet potatoes in 1/4 inch sticks or rounds. Brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with pink Himalayan salt. Grill on indirect head for 10 min. on each side. Pour wild flower habanero honey over potatoes and let sit for one minute.

Fried Green Tomatoes

Cut green cherry tomatoes in half, soak in milk, batter with Hot Tar Hot puppies mix and fry!

Grilled Glazed Turkey

Grilled Turkey stuffed with elephant garlic pearls, rosemary, chives and sweet onion. Basted with butter and fresh German thyme. Glazed with 1/2 jar of   Hab-a-Honey.
